GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Enjoy excellent views to the islands of Lanzarote or Lobos and the beaches of Corralejo from any of our accommodations. All in a spectacular setting where peace and tranquility.
Inside, each property has an attractive and comfortable decor and a enviable equipment: fiber optic internet access by WIFI, flat screen 40 'LCD, national and European satellite channels, books, board games, safety box, kitchen with all appliances, beds and pillows premium for a pleasant dream, and endless details that will make you feel at home ... or better.
Outside you find a private pool with heating (optional), barbecue, outdoor dining, hammock area over lawn, garden and parking.
Please note that the golf course of the complex managed by another company is out of use and maintenance free. Such activity in any case is not part of our proposal that is limited only to the enjoyment of accommodation.
We rent several accommodations in various places of this complex into two different types: "Duplex" or "Bungalow" of a single storey. Both have the same capacity, facilities and equipment. Therefore, rental price is same for both of them and rented indistinctly. The exact location and type of accommodation where you will be staying, is assigned depending on our booking plan, subjected to new stays or late changes till the very last moment. However if you have any predilection, let us know when you book and we will take it into account to give you preference over subsequent stays.

LOCATION AND SURROUNDINGS
Holiday Vista is located in the upper part of the Corralejo Natural Park, allowing you to enjoy a quiet area away from unwanted noises.
To reach our accommodation, renting a car at the same airport is the preferred option for most tourists who also prefer from the first day to move freely when they go to any beach, go out to eat, shopping or go hiking around the island. It is an easy road trip of just 30 minutes. You can also choose to hire a transfer or a taxi for approximately 45 Euros.
Around Holiday Vista you will find some bars and restaurants as well as a Mercadona Supermarket just around the corner. You can enjoy the municipal facilities next to the complex consisting of a 50-meter Olympic pool and several paddle tennis courts for a small fee.
The main beaches and the city of Corralejo with its shops, restaurants and activities are just 5 minutes away by car. A taxi can take you to the center for just 5/6 euros, or you can walk, although it will take about 35 minutes.

AVAILABILITY - PRICES - CONDITIONS
Check the price for your stay in the search box without any commitment. You can also simply view availability or rates for the coming months. If you prefer write us to infoholidayhouses@gmail.com indicating exact period and total number of persons including kids.
To make a reservation, an initial deposit of 30% of the total is required. The rest can be paid up to 30 days before arrival. Payment must be made in Euros by bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Upon arrival, we will ask for a deposit of € 150 which will be returned upon departure. The minimum stay is 5 to 7 days depending on the season.
