RATES IN HOLIDAY URBAN

The current price list is made on the basis of 2 people (adult or child over 2 years). The price for each additional guest is 5 euros/day. One child under 2 years old can stay for free. The maximum capacity is 5 people plus a child under 2 years old.

To make a reservation, an initial deposit of 30% of the total is required. The rest can be paid up to 30 days before arrival. Payment must be made in Euros by bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). Upon arrival, we will request a brekage deposit of € 150, which will be returned upon departure.

The minimum stay is 5 to 7 days depending on the season. Shorter stays will only be accepted if they can fit between two other stays and with a supplement per day.

NOTE: We recommend to contract a travel insurance (estimated cost of 6%) to cover any problem or unforeseen circumstance that may cause you to cancel the reservation once contracted (illness, flight cancellations, flight loss, theft, causes of force majeure, etc.). That way if you pay with that card, your stay at Holiday Urban will also be guaranteed.
