INFORMATION FOR THE GUEST IN "HOLIDAY VISTA" ON THE CONDITIONS OF SERVICE AND PREVENTION MEASURES ESTABLISHED DUE TO SARS-CoV-2

Dear customer,

Following the guidelines set by the health authorities regarding the Coronavirus pandemic SARS-CoV-2, we inform you of the following service conditions and prevention measures in our accommodation. Most of these measures have been established by these authorities in order to ensure your own safety, our staff’s and local citizens.

1. To access the accommodation, it is essential to fulfill the medical requirements demanded by the Government of the Canary Islands, always kept updated in the following link: Covid-19 requirements.

2. If the guest or any of his/her companions presents or even suspects of having Covid-19 symptoms (fever, headache, cough, difficulty breathing), he or she should refrain from traveling for the common good of other people who may come into contact during the trip.

3. If this occurs at the destination you must inform us immediately in order to initiate the established health protocol. In addition, you can also contact the General Coronavirus Assistance number 902 112 061 for a first health assistance.

4. You should know that these measures may involve a confinement of all guests in place and time to be determined by the health authorities. In addition, this may generate extra charges for an extended stay, as well as compensation charges to relocate subsequent bookings that directly affect our accommodation.

5. The accommodation has been cleaned and sanitized following the established measures for tourist accommodations, by the Ministry of Health and Tourism. Products listed in the official list of virucidal products have been used by qualified personnel, following a specific cleaning protocol that requires more time. For this reason, our check-in time is set from 15:00.

6. Upon arrival, our manager will receive you with a mask, and sanitize his hands before entering the accommodation. It is recommended that you wear a mask at check-in since at some point the interpersonal distance may be less than 1.5 mts. Our manager will also measure your body temperature in case someone may present fever.

7. During the stay our staff will access 3 times a week to clean the pool, check the chemical levels of Chlorine and PH in it, as well as to remove the garbage that is in the container next to the barbecue, garbage that you must deposit before always in closed bags, never open. These are routine tasks outside of the accommodation, never inside, and for this they will sanitize their hands and wear a mask before entering.

8. If any incident occurs to be resolved inside the house, please contact our manager at (0034) 828 903 338. Our staff will come and solve it with sanitized hands and a mask. In this case, it is recommended not to be in the same room. If that is not possible, please use your own mask.

9. As a courtesy, you will find inside the accommodation a kit of masks and hydroalcoholic gel, so that you have enough protection during the first days without worrying about having to acquire it as soon as you arrive. You will also find trash cans with pedals inside the bathrooms, the only ones indicated for personal hygiene waste, masks, gloves, or tissues. Do not use the kitchen or outdoor trash cans for this purpose.

10. After this communication, you will find more information regarding other prevention measures to be taken by all guests, which can be found also in the accommodation. Please read and follow them during your stay. It is for your own safety and everyone’s. Our Manager will also inform you about these measures and will answer any questions you may have upon your arrival.
