1.- IN HOLIDAY VISTA CAN I CHOOSE A "DUPLEX" OR A "BUNGALOW" IN ADVANCE IN MY BOOKING?, DO THEY HAVE ALL SAME VIEWS? CAN YOU SEND ME PHOTOS OF THE EXACT ACCOMMODATION?
When booking at Holiday Vista, it is not possible to choose a certain type of accommodation or location. Any type has same capacity, equipment, and rental price, so they are rented indistinctly to maximize occupancy in all of them.
The allocation and final location of your accommodation will depend on our booking plan on those days, which is subject to new stays, modifications, or last-minute cancellations, that is, until the day before your arrival. Therefore it is impossible to confirm the type of accommodation and the exact photos in advance. Of course, photos shown on this website certainly correspond to any of our accommodation in terms of furniture, distribution or equipment.

If you have any predilection about any of them, do not hesitate to comment on it when making the reservation as we will take it very seriously and we will try to please you if our booking plan allows it.
2.- WHICH ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS? CAN I PAY A DEPOSIT NOW AND THE REST AFTER? ANY MORE HIDDEN EXPENSES? WHAT ARE THE OTHER RENTAL CONDITIONS?
A 30% advance on the total is required to make a reservation. The rest can be paid up to 30 days before your arrival. Reservations with less than 30 days are paid in full. It is not possible to pay the rest on arrival. The payment methods available are bank transfer or credit card (Visa or MasterCard). The only accepted currency is the Euro. Upon arrival you must formalize a security deposit of 150 Euros by credit card that will be returned on departure. There are no hidden expenses such as cleaning fees or the like.
3.- WHAT IS THE RATE THAT APPLIES IN MY STAY? DO CHILDREN PAY? IS THERE A MINIMUM STAY?

4.- WHAT WARRANTIES DO I HAVE IF I MAKE THE BOOKING DIRECTLY WITH YOU? DOES DIRECT BOOKING HAVE ANY ADVANTAGE BEFORE I MAKE IT THROUGH TRIPADVISOR, BOOKING.COM OR AIRBNB?
In our case we have been renting properties for holiday purposes since 2010. Our intention is nothing more than renting wonderful holiday homes to tourists, so they leave happy and want to rebook again in the future. That's all. Logically we can understand that many do not know us and prefer to take precautions so as not to have an unpleasant surprise upon arrival.

Another option is to book through other partner websites such as Booking.com, Airbnb or TripAdvisor, but keep in mind that all these websites usually bill between 6% and 15% commission for managing online payments, so the price of the reservation will be higher than if you do it directly with us.
Consider hiring a private travel insurance. This usually has an average cost of 6% and covers cancellations due to illness, force majeure, theft, medical assistance, and even if the accommodation does not correspond to the proposed one. 5.- I WANT TO CONFIRM MY STAY, HOW DO I PROVIDE MY DETAILS? WHAT IS YOUR BANK ACCOUNT TO TRANSFER THE SIGNAL? HOW DO I PAY BY CREDIT CARD?
Once you accept our proposal and want to confirm your stay, we will send you an email where we will ask you for various information we need to issue a Reservation Voucher (such as your name, nationality, contact telephone number, arrival time, etc.), by filling out a simple online form and choosing the preferred payment method, that is, by bank transfer or credit card.
6.- IS IT POOL HEATER INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE AT HOLIDAY VISTA? WHAT SERVICES ARE INCLUDED IN OR AVAILABLE ?
Pool heating is an extra service and is not included in the rental price. This service is available on request and has a cost of 70 Euros per week to be paid on arrival. Pool heater maintains the water between 26ºC to 28ºC from 11:00 and 20:00. However, you might consider not hiring this option since pool has a thermal blanket which, placed over the pool water, helps it to heat naturally with sunlight. 7.- HAS THE POOL SAME SIZE IN ALL HOLIDAY VISTA CHALETS?, IS IT A PRIVATE POOL?, DO I HAVE TO CLEAN IT MYSELF?
All pools are exactly the same in any type of Holiday Vista chalets. Its dimensions are 5,50 X 2,20 mts. and1,40 mts.deep. There is a swimming pool for each chalet and it is for private use. Of course, you don't have to maintainthe pool, this our staff does about every 3 days in addition to checking chlorine and ph levels for an optimal bath.
8.- IS THERE WIFI? IS IT FREE? IS IT FAST?
Each accommodation has a private WIFI signal thanks to the fiber optic. There is no extra cost for this service. It is high-speed internet and covers all rooms of the property.
9.- WHAT ARE THE ENTRY AND EXIT TIMES? CAN I CHECK-IN EARLIER? CAN I CHECK-OUT LATER?
Our arrival time is from 15:00 pm and the departure time until 10:00 am. These schedules are basically preset to allow the necessary cleaning of the accommodation in case two guests coincide on the same day, one leaving and one entering. If this circumstance does not occur, our guests are welcome to enter or leave at the time that suits them best. That is, if we do not have any guests scheduled on the day of your departure, you can stay even until 17:00 without a problem. Same if you want to enter before 15:00 on the arrival day. If you have booked at Holiday Vista and need flexibility with the schedules, we will try to deviate other stays to another of our chalets to please you.
Logically this planning is subject to new bookings or last-minute changes, so we will not be able to confirm your request until the last moment, that is, until the last day. In case we have no other option and need you to meet the aforementioned schedules, you can keep your luggage with us, whether you arrive very early in the morning or if you prefer to stay in the area until the time of heading the airport.
Sometimes it is possible to arrange in advance a "late check-out" at an extra cost, but not always. Please note that late check-in after 22:00 has an extra charge of 40 Euros.
10.- HOW AND WHERE DO YOU GIVE ME THE KEYS? DO YOU HAVE A RECEPTION?
We rent Holiday Homes, that is, we are not a Hotel and therefore do not have a reception as such. We will provide detailed information about how to reach the accommodation once you book, being very important to know in advance your arrival time and contact phone to be organized and assist you correctly. Basically, our property manager will meet you in person to give you house keys but also to explain few things about the accommodation, tips, places to go, etc.
11.- WHAT IF I NEED HELP DURING THE STAY?
Our office is in the center of Corralejo and we can visit you quickly if you need us or send our maintenance staff to resolve any issues. You can also contact us permanently by phone or email. Customer support is primordial to us.
12.- CAN YOU ARRANGE A CAR TRANSFER FROM THE AIRPORT TO THE ACCOMMODATION?
We do not directly arrange such transfers. Instead, there are several companies on the island dedicated to it that can be found in internet. The price is depending on whether you choose to have a private or shared transfer.
A very good option that does not require prior commitments is to take a taxi from the same airport. They are always available and it is a totally safe service. If you are 5 or more people, the taxi stop manager will call to order a higher capacity taxi. The approximate price is about 45 Euros each way. For more information click here.
13.- HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FROM THE AIRPORT TO CORRALEJO?
Fuerteventura International Airport is about a 35-minute drive to Corralejo heading north. If you come by rental car know that it is a very easy journey although we recommend using the application "Google Maps", nowadays pre-installed on most devices, and that will help you get to our accommodation without major problems.
14.- DO I NEED TO RENT A CAR?
Without a doubt, renting a car in Fuerteventura is the best option if you want to enjoy the island to the fullest, its beaches, places of interest, restaurants, go to the supermarket, shopping, etc. having freedom of movement. The roads are quite easy and usually with little traffic; there are not too many problems finding a parking anywhere. For this reason the vast majority of tourists prefer to rent a car. The second option is the taxi, whose prices are quite reasonable and available with a simple call. The third option is the bus, although logically it will be limited by schedules and stops. For more information click here.
15.- HOW FAR IS IT FROM THE ACCOMMODATION TO THE BEACH OR THE CITY? HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO WALK?
Holiday Vista is just about 5/6 minutes' drive from the center of Corralejo and its beaches. If you want to walk. It will take about 35 minutes depending on your pace. If you don't have a rental car and take a taxi it will cost you about 6 Euros each way.
Holiday Urban is in the center of Corralejo and therefore you can walk to the city's beaches walking about 5 minutes. But to go to the Grandes Playas it is advisable to take your rental car, taxi or bus.
16.- IS THERE ROOM SERVICE? DO YOU PROVIDE SHEETS AND TOWELS OR DO I HAVE TO BRING THEM? ARE THERE PERIODIC CLEANINGS?
Our accommodations are rented on a "self catering" basis, which is nothing more like living a home of your own with the amenities that anyone can find in it. There are no services you can find in a traditional hotel, that is, there is no room service, change of sheets, periodic cleaning, etc. Only for technical reasons and greater comfort, the pool is maintained (every 3 days approx.) by our staff.
The accommodation is given perfectly clean and equipped to detail. Apart from a complete equipment in the kitchen, it has a washing machine, a drying rack, an iron, and its ironing board. As a courtesy we usually leave cleaning products for the floor, kitchenware, glass, toilet paper, soap, mop, garbage bags.... Anyway, everything you need for the first few days and so don't have to rush to the supermarket to get these things as soon as you arrive. We will also provide enough bed linen (sheets, blankets..), hand towels and bath towels depending on the length of stay and occupants. In addition, as courtesy we usually leave one beach towel per guest so that they can save space in their bags.
If you still prefer to enjoy your holiday to the fullest and not take care of the housework, we can also offer a cleaning service for additional cost of 50 Euros per visit. However, this option is rarely contracted. You can view main Services by clicking here.
17.- IS THERE A HAIR DRYER IN THE ACCOMMODATION?
Yes, there is one. You will find it in the master bedroom bathroom. It is a hairdryer with diffuser option.
18.- I COME WITH A BABY. DO YOU HAVE A COT? DO YOU HAVE ANY EXTRA COSTS?
For children under 2 years we can provide a cot and even a highchair without any additional charge. Do not forget to mention it in your booking request.
19.- DOES THE ACCOMMODATION HAVE AIR CONDITIONING?
Our accommodations do not have air conditioning. The truth is that they are usually very well ventilated and fresh even in summer. We occasionally provide some fans when days are too hot, but this is very rare.
CAN I BRING MY DOG? IT'S VERY SMALL AND DOESN'T BOTHER.
Unfortunately we do not allow any type of pet, whatever type or size it is.
21.- CAN I SMOKE IN THE HOUSE? ARE THERE "NON-SMOKERS" ACCOMMODATIONS?
Smoking is allowed only in the living room and outside the accommodation. In bedrooms it is prohibited, plus they have smoke detectors that would trigger the alarm. We have no accommodations for "Non Smoking" guests.
22.- HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO PLAY GOLF IN HOLIDAY VISTA? DO YOU HAVE BREAKFAST OR HALF BOARD IN THE RESTAURANT?
In the complex where our group of Holiday Vista chalets are located, there was a golf course that is currently out of use and without maintenance and therefore in poor condition for the practice of this sport. There was a cafeteria and a reception area in the main building also closed. These activities were and are totally unrelated to Holiday Vista, which does not participate in them in any way, but were entirely managed by a different company. Therefore, it is important to note that our proposal is limited solely and exclusively to the enjoyment of the accommodations described on this website, not on these external activities.
