WELCOME PACK
If you wish we can buy your basic shopping (milk, fruit, water, bread...) from the supermarket and deliver it to your accommodation on arrival.
This "Welcome Pack" service is priced at 15 Euros plus logically the purchase bill itself. A very useful service if you reach late at night, or travel with small children or simply for convenience.
SELF CATERING
The rental of the accommodation is done on a “self-catering” bassis. This means it would be like your own home away from home with the comforts and duties that anyone normally has on it. So we do not provide daily/weekly cleaning service, bed linen changing or room service, as a traditional hotel accommodation. There is also no extra charges for "departure cleaning fees".
The accommodation is given perfectly clean and equipped to detail. A part of a fully equipped kitchen with all kind of appliances, you will find a washing machine, a rack for your wet cloths, an iron and ironing board. As a courtesy, we usually leave cleaning products for floor, tableware, glasses, also toilet paper, soap, mop, garbage bags.... in short, everything you need for the first days and not to rush to the supermarket to get these things upon arrival.
Bed linen, bath towels, hand towels are provided in enough quantity considering the number of days and persons. Beach/pool towels are also provided as another courtesy looking to save some space in your luggage, not forgetting a hair dryer in master bathroom.
If you still prefer not to care about household chores, we also provide a cleaning service for an additional cost of 50 Euros per visit. However this option is rarely contracted.
EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT
Our arrival time to check-in is from 15:00 pm and check-out is till 10:00 am. These timings are basically pre-set to allow the necessary accommodation cleaning if same day two guests are scheduled, one checking-out and another checking-in. If this circumstance does not occur, our guests are welcome to enter or exit at their own convenience. So in case we have no guests scheduled on your departure day, you can stay until 17:00 without any problems. Same if you want to enter earlier than 15:00 pm on arrival day.
