"DUPLEX" ACCOMMODATION
Rooms in this type of accommodation are mainly distributed on two floors: bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, kitchen and living room downstairs. All "Duplex" are in front of the old golf course of the complex, currently out of use and maintenance. They also have sea views which can be direct or side depending on the orientation of each "Duplex".
Since these 2 types of accommodations (Duplex or Bungalow) have same capacity, facilities and standard, rental price is identical to any of them and rented indistinctly to maximize the occupancy in all of them. The exact location and type of accommodation where you will be staying, is assigned depending on our booking plan, subjected to new stays or late changes till the very last moment. However if you like this type of accommodation, let us know when you book and we will take it into account to give you preference over subsequent stays.
